"The Sudden Morning" Project
Giancarlo posted this comment on my blog about "The Sudden Morning" Project. It is a worldwide internet art project designed to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Hiroshima atomic bombing. Pictures taken all over the world at 8.15am on August the 6th will be exhibited at the event venue and also over the internet. This is a main event of the Citizen Art Festival "2005 Hiroshima Re-view", organized by the citizens of Hiroshima to help spread the message of peace.
So go out, on August the 6th, pick a spot, and wait till 8.15am and then at that moment, *click*. Free theme and anyone in the world can participate. So even your, er, 'beautiful' face in the morning could be your picture!
This is not a contest nor would you win any prize but helping to spread the spirit of peace is enough reason to join, is it not?
For more information, please go to The Sudden Morning Project site.
